How ordering works.

No account to make, no app to download. Four steps and you have cupcakes.

Send the order

Fill in the form below with what you want, the flavors, and the weekend date that suits you. It comes straight to my inbox.

I confirm it

You will hear back within a day with the total and a note confirming the date. If something is not possible, I will say so before anything is baked.

You pay the invoice

I send a simple invoice once the order is agreed. Nothing is charged before that, and nothing is baked until it is settled.

Weekend delivery

Everything is baked fresh that weekend and delivered locally on the day you chose. No shipping, so it arrives the way it left the kitchen.

My home bakery serves my local community across these neighboring towns and enclaves.

Together, we will coordinate a seamless drop off scheduled during daylight hours, with our mutual comfort and safety in mind, so your experience feels easy and welcoming from start to finish.

Please note: all orders are hand delivered or dropped off on Saturdays and Sundays only. A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required so I can freshly bake your treats.

My story.

It all started in 2023, right in the heart of my home kitchen. What began as a quiet personal passion for the timeless craft of baking quickly blossomed into Willow Bakery, my way of bringing the cozy comfort of home baked goods to my local community.

For me, the heart of baking has always been about simplicity, comfort, and perfect balance. I take the time to handcraft every single batch of my cupcakes, cookies, and muffins, allowing the pure, wholesome flavor of fresh ingredients to come through.

How far ahead should I order?

A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required so everything can be baked fresh. A week is better for anything over two dozen or for a celebration, since weekends fill up first.

Where do you deliver?

Local delivery only, to Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Kennedale, Pantego and Dalworthington Gardens. Drop offs are on Saturdays and Sundays during daylight hours. There is no shipping, which is deliberate, since none of this travels well in a box for three days.

How do I pay?

Once your order is confirmed I send an invoice with the total. Nothing is taken through the website and nothing is charged until you have agreed the order.

Can you do custom flavors or decoration?

Often yes. Put it in the notes on the form and I will tell you honestly whether I can do it well for the date you want.

What about allergies?

Tell me in the order notes. Everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts, so I cannot promise an allergen free environment, but I will always be straight with you about what is in it.
